lobster

Lobsters (sometimes also Homaridae) are large marine crustaceans that have five pairs of legs. Lobsters are highly prized as seafood, and are economically important, forming the basis of a global industry of 1.8 billion dollars per year in trade. Although several other groups of crustaceans have the word “lobster” in their names, the closest living relatives of clawed lobsters are the reef lobsters.
